Come and join the Her Spirit community members and walk or wheel 150 minutes a week for 4 weeks. Then finish with the Feet First February Big Walk challenge on 26th or 27th February. Choose to walk 5k, 10k, 13.1 miles (half marathon) or 26.2 miles ( marathon!)
For every 500 minutes of walking accumulated by the community we will gift a membership to women on a low or no-income.
